Expérience culinaire excellente. Très belle surprise avec la dégustation. Cuisine delicate, service très agréable et professionnel. L'ambiance musicale n'est pas a la hauteur des lieux.

Comida japonesa diferenciada! Outro nível! Outra experiência. Explosão de sabor, combinações maravilhosas, texturas diferentes... A lula recheada com shimeji estava divina! Sentamos no andar terreo e o ambiente é um pouco agitado, claustrofóbico e barulhento. Senti falta de um jogo americano ou toalhas nas mesas. A arrumação das mesas não condiz com os pratos servidos, com a lindas louças que utilizam. Qualidade do guardanapo de papel poderia melhorar. Ótimo atendimento. Garçons preparados, fizeram ima apresentação do prato. No cardápio digital não tem oferta de sobremesas e também os garçons não ofereceram.

Não precisa nem passar da primeira página do cardápio, peça um omakase e seja feliz, para beber vá de Hiroshima! Mas a melhor parte da nossa visita foi o Carlos, que tem uma simpatia difícil de encontrar e nos surpreendeu a noite toda com o seu excelente serviço. Depois de terminarmos não conseguíamos um Uber para nos levar de volta para o hotel, prontamente o Carlos tirou o avental e nos deu uma carona... ficamos chocados que ainda existe esse tipo de gentileza no mundo e fomos dormir felizes de ter tido uma experiência fantástica no Umê e de quebra o prazer de conhecer o Carlos!!!

Tive a experiência de jantar com minha mãe no restaurante e considero esse um dos melhores japoneses de Presidente Prudente. O combinado para 2 pessoas serve bem e provoca uma explosão de sabores. A dupla de sushis de vieiras ganhou meu coração e as raspas de limão siciliano dão um toque a mais nos pratos. Super recomendo!

O "Menu Degustação" me surpreendeu bastante, pedimos o especial e foi delicioso. Vieram comidas diferentes e bem temporadas, com nada de cream cheese e pouco gohan. Mas as combinações eram excepcionais, o atendimento foi perfeito, e eu super recomendo pedir o shoyu da casa - é leve e bem gostoso. É realmente bem única a experiência.
